Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by leading the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This position is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales process from prospect to closure, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, combined with a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies within our industry. With significant experience in managing large sales teams and a track record of exceeding sales goals, the Senior Sales Manager will be a key driver of the company's market position and revenue expansion. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while keeping up with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive promotional campaigns.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to sales staff.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients to increase revenue.

  • Manage sales budgets and allocations to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements in sales activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of proven sales management experience in a senior role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proven record of successfully managing and developing large sales teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools to optimize sales operations.
