Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence , enhancing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets by driving food service sales across premium hotels, pubs, airlines and restaurants.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the sales efforts within the hospitality sector, including high-end hotels, pubs, and restaurants, by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
  • Establish and exceed sales targets for growth, focusing on expanding market share and brand visibility.
  • Identify new opportunities within the market, pitching innovative solutions and products to clients.

Relationship Management and Client Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with F&B managers and senior decision-makers across target clients.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, hosting product presentations, tastings, and educational sessions to showcase premium offerings.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through exceptional service, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

Market Insight and Analysis

  • Stay informed of trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs within the food service industry to refine sales strategies.
  • Gather and analyze market insights to provide recommendations on product development, packaging improvements, and service enhancements.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure prompt, accurate order fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, managing and resolving issues to build loyalty and trust.
  • Solicit client feedback to continuously improve service and product quality.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for review by the Sales Manager.
  • Identify potential growth areas and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the food service industry, with a proven track record in selling to hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
