Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic insight.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling techniques, particularly in high-value, complex sales scenarios.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales) are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders with confidence.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, driving informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for international dealings.
