Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor pipeline health, and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices to foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Identify and address client issues promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to service excellence.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s brand and offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic insight.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling techniques, particularly in high-value, complex sales scenarios.
- Certifications in sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales) are highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging executive-level stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends, driving informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for international dealings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
