Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, retail shops, showrooms, trading companies, and project customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Promote company AC products such as split AC, window AC, portable AC, and cassette units (depending on product line).
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and resellers.
- Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and price discussions.
- Ensure high visibility of the brand at partner outlets.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close sales deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Recommend promotional activities and market strategies.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order delivery.
- Ensure timely payments and follow up on pending invoices.
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and activity updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–8 years of outdoor sales experience preferably in AC units,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of AC product features (basic understanding only, no HVAC engineering required).
- Valid UAE driving license .
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or sales reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent field sales skills
- Strong customer relationship management
- Result-focused and self-driven
- Good networking and market knowledge
- Ability to work independently
