Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and develop targeted strategies that drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate insightful reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or technology sectors, with demonstrable results.
- Professional certifications in sales methodologies or customer relationship management, such as CSP or CRM certification.
- Experience in B2B sales and a solid understanding of consultative selling techniques is highly preferred.
