Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior
Relationship Manager to join our DIFC-based external asset management firm.
This pivotal role is focused on expanding our client base, deepening
relationships, and driving growth in assets under management. The ideal
candidate brings a solid track record in wealth advisory and thrives in a
fast-paced, client-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
    Proactively source and onboard new high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs),
    family offices, and institutional clients to build a sustainable portfolio
    and AUM.
  • Revenue Generation:
    Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through structured products,
    bespoke solutions, and innovative advisory strategies.
  • Portfolio Growth:
    Drive growth in overall assets under management (AUM), targeting
    portfolios upwards of USD 15 million, including structured notes and
    diversified holdings.
  • Needs-Based Advisory:
    Conduct in-depth financial profiling to understand client goals and
    recommend tailored wealth strategies aligned with their risk-return
    objectives.
  • Relationship Management:
    Serve as a trusted advisor across all client touchpoints, fostering
    long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Market Segmentation:
Strategically analyze market dynamics to identify high-potential segments for
prospecting and targeted outreach.

  • Client Engagement:
    Maintain active and regular contact with clients through face-to-face
    meetings, portfolio reviews, and performance updates.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    Uphold best practices by adhering to the firm s internal control framework
    and all applicable DFSA regulatory requirements.

  • Proven
    ability to develop and manage high-value client relationships.
  • Strong
    network within the UAE private banking and investment advisory space.
  • Demonstrated
    success in selling structured products and building significant AUM.
  • Deep
    understanding of global markets, wealth solutions, and regulatory
    standards.
