Futurus Financial Services, a leader in innovative financial technology, specializes in creating sophisticated trading software for a diverse group of companies. As we continue to grow, we are eager to welcome a Senior QA Engineer to our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their career in software quality assurance and work on cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Lead the design, development, and execution of automated tests using relevant tools.
Implement and manage testing environments and frameworks for both frontend and backend components.
Conduct manual testing where automated testing is not feasible, ensuring the user experience meets the high standards expected by our clients.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through their life cycle until resolution.
Participate in code reviews and work with developers to ensure best practices in code quality and testability.
Advocate for QA best practices across the development team, promoting a culture of quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure the technical feasibility and performance optimization of UI/UX designs from a quality perspective.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA or software testing, with a strong emphasis on automated testing.
Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and server-side testing.
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work permit.
