Senior Public Relations Executive AMS International Search FZ-LLC

We're looking for a bright and experienced Public Relations star to join us. Coming with 5-10 years experience. If you have experience handling visa applications, medical & Emirates ID submissions, contract processing, Emiratization Portal experience and coordination with government authorities, this is a great opportunity to put your organizational and coordination skills to work. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely processing of employee visas, managing documentation, liaising with account managers, and supporting finance with invoicing and petty cash reconciliations.

Non-Negotiables:

1. Arabic speaker (Mother Tongue) with excellent command of written and spoken English.
2. Candidate needs to be based in the United A Emirates. No applicants from outside the country, to be considered.

Compensation: AED 10,000 - AED 12,000 (Max)

1. Processing of Visa Application - Visa Status Change.
2. Responsible for putting cash request.
3. Preparing Medical & Emirates ID Application for Submission.
4. Scheduling Medical & Tawjeeh time and date and Co-ordinating the same with the employees.
5. Contract submission.
6. Preparing visa stamping application.
7. Getting visa stamped on Passport.
8. Coordination with Account Managers in case of any off-beat requirement or difficult employee case.
9. Invoicing and sending complete set of documents to the Account Managers.
10. Submitting of invoices & support to the Finance Department.
11. Petty Cash reconciliation with Finance Department.
12. Answering of any queries of Finance Department.
13. Any other job assigned from time to time.
