Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all business, technical, financial, and administrative functions of assigned projects
- Define project goals, scope, and execution strategies in line with client objectives and contract terms
- Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, direct expenses, and gross profit for the duration of the project
- Develop, manage, and control project budgets to ensure profitability and financial compliance
- Oversee project invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
- Establish and manage the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QA and QC Plan, and other required project documentation
- Define project requirements and ensure all deliverables meet approved criteria and contractual obligations
- Assign responsibilities to project team members based on qualifications, strengths, and project needs
- Monitor, negotiate, and manage changes to scope with clients and key subcontractors, ensuring timely change orders
- Maintain strong client relationships and secure additional work opportunities
- Lead staffing plans, resource allocation, and workforce planning for projects and pursuits
- Manage employee performance including mentoring, career development, training coordination, recognition, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor project progress against budgets and schedules and implement corrective action plans when required
- Act as the company representative with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
- Lead weekly project status meetings and ensure action items are tracked and resolved
- Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and project pursuits
- Identify business development opportunities and maintain awareness of the client project pipeline
- Promote technical excellence and commercial discipline through application of quality assurance processes
- Perform additional leadership and project management responsibilities as required

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related technical or business discipline
- Minimum twelve years of experience in infrastructure or land development design projects, with at least five years in the UAE
- Proven experience managing roads, wet utilities, and transportation projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and technical support staff
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, building codes, and engineering standards
- Proven capability to manage large, complex engineering projects and challenging technical environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
