Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and process monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records, including attendance, leave balances, and employee documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with finance and HR departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit required payroll reports and analytics to management and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to payroll and personnel matters.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Support audits by providing necessary payroll and personnel documentation as requested.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll and personnel administration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree .
- 3-5 years of proven experience in payroll and personnel administration, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in process improvement and implementing HR best practices is a plus.
