Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Officer within PICG Mashreq UAE, your role revolves around facilitating the team to build positive employee experiences at MB UAE. Youll collaborate closely with the Manager Employee Experience and Head of Employee Experience on processes related to on boarding, off boarding, visa / labour processing, pension and data maintenance. Additionally, youll coordinate with internal PICG functions to support business needs and contribute to bank-wide projects, ensuring alignment with our objectives and maintaining high performance standards across MB UAE.
Onboarding
- Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey
- Aligning new employees with managers and their team and communicating involvement procedures to all stakeholders.
- Creating new staff ID for new joiner
- Responsible of new joiner account opening and adding new joiner in insurance coverage
- Providing all the necessary information and support which the new joiner requires
- General Pension and Social Security Authority:
- Managing the entire Pension process for UAE and GCC nationals.
- Preparing the registration / exit documents for UAE and GCC nationals.
- Liaising with the respective Pension authorities for regular updates and changes in Pension laws/contributions.
- Maintain historical records by creating a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records, and ensure all employee related documents and records are in line with the local regulations.
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization
- Handling Labor Card issuance, renewal, and cancelation for UAE and GCC nationals.
- Updating Fusion with Labor card details - new, renewal and cancelation.
- Scanning and updating of Labor card/contracts, and cancelation details in EDMS.
- Reconciliation of Labor Cards and Pension.
- Issuing Arabic Letter and NOCs
- Resolve employees queries related to pension, labour cards, visa, military service, etc.
- Reporting job-related data, and ad-hoc reports for PICG management
- Provide counseling on PICG policies and procedures.
- Participate in improvement initiatives within the PICG team.
- Support with the orientation of the new joiners.
- Handling Military and NAFIS tracking including follow up with the authorities for updates/status of Refunds.
- Maintaining an updated list of all Employees in Military Services.
- Maintaining a list of all Employees eligible for NAFIS Scheme.
- Manage the off-boarding process and provide all the necessary information and support
- Facilitating a smooth transition and maintain a positive relationship for potential future engagement
- Cancel the labour card and insurance
- Handling employees inquires and respond to them in timely manner.
- Support in solving employee s issues and provide them with guidance.
- Work closely with other PICG unit to educate and provide guidance
- Thorough knowledge of all HR policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to interact and coordinate with staff across all levels.
- University Graduate with 2years experience in HR / administration role.
