Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The NOC Engineer/Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the approval processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for various infrastructure / building projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Company Registrations and Qualifications:

    • Process company registrations with relevant authorities, developers, and service providers.
    • Follow up on qualification procedures to ensure compliance.

Project Coordination:

    • Attend kick-off and coordination meetings to address NOC-related site issues.
    • Review, prepare, and submit NOC applications, ensuring all authority requirements are included to minimize response times and eliminate re-submittals.

Preferred Industry Experience:

  • Experience with Etisalat/DU/RTA/DM/DEWA/ADWEA for getting the approvals.
  • Ability to read and interpret utility drawings, corridors, and service cross-sections.
  • Familiarity with all authority requirements for obtaining NOCs.
