Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop full technical specs for thermal circuit pools (hot, cold, ice, salt float, jets, swimming pool).
  • Design HVAC for steam rooms, saunas, hammams, and high‐humidity areas.
  • Define all plumbing, drainage, filtration, and water treatment systems.
  • Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and equipment schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and international pool suppliers.
  • Lead site supervision to ensure technical compliance and flawless execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years MEP experience, mandatory experience in spas/wellness/hospitality wet areas.
  • Deep knowledge of thermal pools, HVAC for humidity-heavy environments, and temperature-controlled systems.
  • Strong technical documentation skills (AutoCAD/Revit).
  • Excellent communication and project coordination.
