We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical systems. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring systems meet industry standards for safety, quality, and performance. Your expertise will be vital in mentoring junior engineers, leading design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.

• Lead engineering projects from concept development through to final implementation.
• Design and analyze complex mechanical systems and components for various applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure designs can meet required specifications.
• Oversee the creation of engineering project documentation and detailed reports.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and feedback.
• Ensure all mechanical designs adhere to local and international safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product development processes.
• Execute stress analysis, thermal dynamics study, and material property assessments.
• Review and approve detailed drawings, simulation results, and prototype testing schedules.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in mechanical engineering.
• Assist in preparing budget estimates and project timelines for client approval.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in a mechanical engineering role.
• Proficiency with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices in engineering design.
