About the Role
We are seeking a crea+ve and results-driven Senior Marke+ng Execu+ve to lead and execute both
online and offline marke+ng ini+a+ves. This role is responsible for building the brand, genera+ng highquality leads, and suppor+ng the overall marke+ng strategy in alignment with company goals. The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marke+ng plaIorms, a keen eye for design
and content, and strong coordina+on skills to manage various marke+ng func+ons and team members.
Key Responsibili2es
• Content & Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage monthly content calendars with
visually appealing and engaging Instagram and social media feeds to drive brand awareness
and engagement.
• Market Research & Campaign Planning: Iden+fy property trends, analyse market
opportuni+es, and formulate marke+ng campaigns accordingly.
• Website & SEO Oversight: Supervise website content, structure, and SEO ini+a+ves in
coordina+on with internal or external teams to enhance online visibility.
• Graphic Design: Produce marke+ng crea+ves using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and
InDesign for internal and external campaigns.
• Crea2ve Media Supervision: Oversee all photography and videography content produc+on for
social and campaign use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Offline Marke2ng Management: Lead execu+on of tradi+onal marke+ng efforts such as
signboards, business cards, banners, flags, and branded materials.
• Branding Collaterals: Design or supervise the crea+on of marke+ng materials including flyers,
brochures, foam boards, corporate giXs, etc.
• Email & SMS Campaigns: Work Alongside digital marke+ng specialist to create and deploy
targeted email and SMS campaigns to generate leads and re-engage customers.
• Customer Engagement & Events: Manage marke+ng-led events and customer service
inquiries while ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Team Coordina2on: Supervise the work of marke+ng admin/support staff, ensuring +mely
execu+on of marke+ng tasks.
• Lead Quality Monitoring: Monitor incoming leads and call flow, assess lead quality, and
coordinate with sales teams for follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Marke+ng, Communica+ons, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a marke+ng role, preferably in real estate or related sectors
• Strong command over digital marke+ng plaIorms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp/SMS
plaIorms)
• Proficiency in Adobe Crea+ve Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of SEO, Google Analy+cs, and CMS plaIorms
• Excellent communica+on, project management, and team leadership skills
