Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Executive Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee communication flow to and from the CEOs office, ensuring timely delegation and follow-ups.
- Support the Group in preparing executive-level documents for senior management and committee meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and summarised reports to support decision-making.
- Manage the CEO s schedule aligned with business priorities, ensuring efficient time allocation and prioritisation of tasks.
Effectively Manage the Board (EC/SR) and Management Committee preparation and process
- Coordinate all MC/EC/SR committee meetings including agenda preparation, materials review and following up on inputs / decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on all MC/EC/SR committees matters.
- Ensure all records are maintained and archived for future reference.
Strategic Projects Execution & Coordination
- Support execution of CEO sponsored strategic projects across business units and functions.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively escalate issues and risks to senior leadership for resolution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
Reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Establish and maintain a structured process for issue and risk escalation.
- Coordinate communication and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Implement best practices and tools for efficient execution and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor s degree is the minimum requirement; however, an MBA from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of working in a top-tier Management Consulting firm.
- Relevant Sectoral expertise in one or more of these sectors: Real Estate, F&B, Hospitality, Healthcare.
- Experience of working in the Corporate Strategy/Corporate Development teams of mid to large Conglomerates/Holding companies.
