Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of interior design concepts from initial idea to project completion.
  • Create and present detailed design proposals, layouts, and presentations.
  • Oversee the preparation of drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
  • Confidently present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project design intent is maintained.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and ensure design standards are upheld.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of interior design experience.
  • Strong portfolio highlighting high end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
