As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our design services, leading a passionate team, creating inspiring interior spaces, and delivering exceptional results to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in all phases of the design process and project development.
• Conduct initial client consultations to establish design goals and understand clients design needs.
• Develop and present design concepts using sketching, CAD designs, and presentation software.
• Oversee space planning, furniture layouts, and specification of materials to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural teams and contractors to ensure design execution feasibility.
• Manage client communications, addressing all inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, maintaining a library of materials and finishes.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed work schedules, tracking project timelines and managing budgets.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Review and sign off on design projects to ensure alignment with client vision and standards.
• Implement sustainable practices in design, considering eco-friendly materials and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience within the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software, 3D rendering, and design visualization tools required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and innovative design solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Advanced knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
