Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

  • Define and own the IGA strategy aligning identity governance with business, risk, and compliance objectives.
  • Serve as the enterprise authority on IAM architecture, ensuring designs meet scalability, regulatory, and security requirements.
  • Architect and oversee end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including provisioning, certification, role modeling, and integration with HR, ERP, Cloud, and critical enterprise platforms.
  • Provide strategic roadmaps for IAM and IGA initiatives, supporting digital transformation, Zero Trust, and cloud adoption.
  • Lead and mentor IAM engineering teams, setting technical direction and best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, maturity assessments, and performance tuning for IAM platforms.
  • Manage external vendors/partners to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in IAM architecture roles.
  • Proven track record in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture and delivery at enterprise scale.
  • Expertise in IAM domains: user lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, privileged access, SSO, federation, and MFA.
  • Experience defining and executing enterprise-level IGA strategies (policies, governance frameworks, automation, reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of cloud IAM and integration with Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
