Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Personnel
- Onboarding
- Follow up with new hires on the completion of hiring documents
- Create a unique code for each employee. Send the IT team the new hire s information
- Set up the new hire's fingerprint for attendance tracking.
- Send a welcome email to the new hire and conduct a physical tour for the new hire.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees (P.P.T)
- Asking for the bank account detailAs for the new hire
- Offboarding
- Check vacation balance for each employee.
- Preparing form 6
- Prepare the Clearance form
- Provide the employee with their relevant documents.
- Receiving Private Medical Card.
- Social And Medical Insurance
- Present the company in the Office.
- Prepare Form 1 for the social insurance
- Prepare the needed documents for the social insurance
- Maintain separate sheets for insured and uninsured employees, including the relevant data such as their names, identification numbers. Prepare the list of included employees in the medical insurance service.
- Monthly Attendance Report for Payroll
- Prepare Attendance Report by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.) in both regions, Egypt and Qatar, on a monthly basis.
- Update the resigned or terminated employee s sheet.
- Update the new hire sheet
- Database
- Maintain a comprehensive database containing essential information for all employees.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure all employee data is up-to-date.
- Leaves
- Provide the vacation, excuses, and missions form to employees.
- Receive completed form from Employees and upload to the biotime system. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. Extract and record the fingerprints of employees for attendance tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
