With complex and high-volume financial operations, treasury functions, and cross-border financial structures, LikeCard is on a mission to transform the way digital payments and financial services are managed across the region.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Director to lead LikeCard s financial strategy, treasury operations, finance operations, and risk management. The Senior Director will play a critical role in scaling financial infrastructure, managing liquidity, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth initiatives across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate vision and goals, including support for digital voucher solutions and marketplace expansion
  
• Partner with the Group CEO and CFO a long with the executive team on strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions.
  
• Lead long-term financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and capital allocation strategy.
  

Treasury and Liquidity Management

• Oversee daily cash management, banking relationships, and funding strategies.
  
• Optimize treasury operations to ensure strong liquidity across all business units and markets.
  
• Manage foreign exchange exposure, and working capital efficiency.
  

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
  
• Provide actionable insights to drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
  
• Evaluate unit economics, pricing models, and new market entry plans.
  

Controllers hip and Compliance

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial control functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and financial reporting standards in multiple jurisdictions.
  
• Lead internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
  

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and treasury team.
  
• Foster a data-driven and accountable culture within the finance organization.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in fin tech, digital payments, or financial services.
  
• Deep expertise in treasury management, financial planning, and multi-entity financial operations.
  
• Strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations, FX risk, and compliance frameworks.
  
• CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance or related field preferred.
  
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  
• Must have experience in E-commerce and fin-tech and payment services
  
• Candidate of Arab nationality who is based in Dubai. Please note that applications from non-Arab nationalities will not be considered.
