Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing core gameplay and client-side features using Unity and C#
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services for mobile games
  • Applying object-oriented programming (OOP) principles to deliver scalable, maintainable code
  • Optimising game performance across a range of devices and platforms
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure stability of live services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, art, and QA to deliver polished game experiences
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

What we're looking for:

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of mobile development experience, with proven expertise in mobile game development
  • Strong proficiency in backend development and programming languages such as C# and Java
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, Firebase) and cloud-based backend systems
  • Deep understanding of software architecture design, OOP, and design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on complex systems in a collaborative environment
  • Professional command of English
  • Familiarity with the puzzle gaming genre is a plus
