Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across major platforms including social media, search, video, and messaging channels. Drive paid and organic growth using platform algorithms, performance insights, and best practices. Own content calendars, creative direction, and posting schedules across platforms. Manage email marketing campaigns and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. AI-Driven Marketing & Automation Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation. Build and manage automated marketing workflows and lead-generation funnels. Design and optimize retargeting, conversion, and performance-driven campaigns. Continuously research and test new AI tools, platforms, and digital marketing innovations. Analytics, Strategy & Optimization Track key performance indicators and ROI using analytics and reporting tools. Analyze campaign performance and make independent, data-driven optimization decisions. Prepare actionable reports and insights for leadership and stakeholders. Recommend growth strategies, channel expansion, and automation opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and leadership teams. Support marketing initiatives across multiple brands or business units. Mentor junior team members and ensure consistent quality of execution. Stay updated on global digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on AI automation and performance marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices. Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, retargeting, and conversion optimization. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated leadership ability and experience mentoring or guiding junior team members. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.
