Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Communication & Branding
- Lead design for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, brochures, events, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.
- Translate marketing and sales objectives into effective visual communication.
- UI/UX Design Support
- Support the design and optimization of Fortis' website and landing pages.
- Apply UX principles to improve clarity, accessibility, and conversion.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams for seamless delivery.
- Content Creation
- Design engaging content in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).
- Create scalable templates for email, social, and performance campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics, short videos, and explainer visuals that bring our products to life.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver on design needs.
- Establish smooth workflows for creative production.
- Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.
- Vendor & Print Coordination
- Prepare print-ready files for events, sales kits, and branded materials.
- Ensure high-quality production through third-party vendor collaboration.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 4+ years in communication design, ideally in B2B fintech or software
- Strong portfolio across digital, branding, UI/UX, and print
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools
- Bonus: experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
