Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the hospitality and design sectors for the KSA market to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the F&B sector, large hotel groups, resorts, interior design firms, architects, and related clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including hotel chains, resort developers, Mall groups and
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity within the hospitality and design industries.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Regularly report on sales pipeline, market feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Travel weekly from Dubai to KSA to meet clients, visit project sites, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and cultural considerations in the KSA hospitality and design markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience within media, strong relationships with the Hospitality sector preferred.
- Strong network within the KSA hospitality and design sectors.
- Fluency in English and Arabic

- Strong understanding of all media formats and platforms (digital, print, social, events, etcetera), and globally.

- Education: Must be educated to degree level or equivalent industry qualification, with at least five years experience selling both to agencies and direct to clients.
- Essential: Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel.
- Is excited by the challenge of last-minute, ad-hoc projects in addition to daily output.
- Highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

Travel:
- Weekly trips to KSA from Dubai, with flexibility required for project milestones and industry events.
