Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking
- Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion.
- Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales.
- Updating flight files into database.
- Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business.
- Achieve targets set for each financial quarter.
- Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads.
Experience Required:
- 4-5 years brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment.
- Developed new business in your previous roles through individual sales initiatives and incentives.
- Analytical Skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can demonstrate their passion for the industry and willingness to work with clients out of hours and on-call from time to time.
- Has emotional regulation, is adaptable and possesses a growth mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen.
Business Understanding
- Awareness of commercial aspects of the charter business including expenses and profitability.
- Awareness of marketing avenues to promote company and service offering.
- Awareness about current economic influences on charter business and trends.
