The Senior Business Development Manager in General Insurance is a critical role tasked with driving growth and revenue for a company's insurance offerings. Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
