Job Brief: We are currently seeking for a skilled professional to join us for a role of a Senior Audit Manager. In this role, you will contribute to business development, team leadership, and strategic firm initiatives.
The responsibilities include leading and managing audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and the delivery of value-added insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and tax-related issues
• Understand client business operations and provide strategic insights
• Utilizing analytical skills to analyse client financial statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients.
• Building trust and credibility with clients by understanding their expectations and delivering high-quality services.
• Plan, review, and oversee the teams work and allocate responsibilities accordingly.
• Taking accountability for researching and understanding key facts on the client's industry information.
• Assists with preparation of the financial statements, or reviews prepared financial statement and other management reports to develop understanding of various entities and accounting issues.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum five years’ of UAE experience in auditing
• Must hold bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or another closely related field.
• CA certification is required
• Experience in tax compliance and advisory services
• IFRS and GAAP accounting knowledge
• Strong project management, leadership skills and decision-making ability.
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
