Roles & Responsibilities
Develop strategies, policies, and procedures for the acquisition, management, planning, and development of the institution s assets and properties, and ensure their insurance coverage.
Conduct periodic follow-up on the performance of assets and properties, manage and develop the institution s assets and properties, provide technical support, prepare operational plans, and develop related reports.
Prepare strategic planning studies for the institution s assets and properties in the short, medium, and long term, in alignment with the institution s overall strategic plans.
Develop the necessary processes related to asset and property management in the institution, including purchasing and insurance operations, in line with the strategy and asset lifecycle management policies, and prepare related reports.
Prepare studies related to the asset lifecycle, including procurement, operation, storage, periodic inspection, and replacement of assets and properties, and prepare related reports.
Prepare feasibility studies for the development of assets and properties, including analyzing the lifespan of assets and properties, and assess the cost-effectiveness of retaining or replacing them in coordination with concerned parties, and prepare related reports.
Prepare studies regarding the feasibility of acquiring new assets and properties or not, and develop related reports.
Prepare reports on asset and property performance indicators on a regular basis, provide necessary recommendations for performance improvement, and prepare related reports.
Conduct studies on the classification of assets, properties, and non-properties, including their classification as tangible and intangible, and prepare related records.
Provide technical support to various departments in the institution regarding assets and properties, and prepare related reports.
Conduct studies to assess risks that may affect the institution s assets and properties, including environmental risks and asset lifespan, develop the necessary mitigation plans, and prepare related reports.
Prepare studies to evaluate the performance of assets and properties, including operational efficiency and lifespan, and benchmark them against best international and local practices, and prepare related reports.
Prepare studies on the compliance of assets and properties with quality and safety standards, and prepare related reports.
Prepare quality system requirements related to asset and property management.
Conduct studies to determine the compliance of assets at facilities, provide recommendations on the feasibility of renewing or terminating certifications, and prepare related reports.
Prepare benchmarking studies with leading organizations in the field of asset and property management locally and internationally, and support the achievement of objectives related to improving asset and property management in the institution.
Provide technical support to various departments in the institution concerning systems and procedures of asset and property management and internal controls, and prepare related reports.
Provide technical support in executing procedures for entering and updating asset and property data in the institution s approved electronic systems.
Contribute to the training of staff and trainees to maximize knowledge transfer in achieving asset and property sustainability.
Participate in committees, meetings, and internal and external working groups related to assets and properties.
Prepare reports on assigned duties and responsibilities, inform the direct supervisor of any obstacles or difficulties that hinder task completion, and provide proposals and recommendations to improve workflow in the department or division.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Master s / Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
A Bachelor s degree requires 8 years of experience in asset and property management.
A Master s degree requires 6 years of experience in asset and property management.
