Accounting & Ledger Management

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations.

• Review, verify, and post key accounting and ledger entries.

• Maintain and reconcile intercompany and inter-group ledgers, passing adjusting entries when required.

• Ensure accuracy of all entries by reviewing and guiding junior accountants.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including balance verification and account finalization.

  Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports for management review.

• Review company financials and flag discrepancies or risk areas proactively.

• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

• Forecast and manage cash flow, receivables, and payables.

  Compliance & Audit

• Prepare and manage VAT workings and corporate tax documentation in line with UAE regulations.

• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate audit completion.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accounting and regulatory compliance.

  Banking & Credit Control

• Coordinate with banks to resolve operational or transactional matters.

• Manage supplier and customer credit terms and collections.

  Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure disciplined financial processes.

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Report directly to the General Manager.
