Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

To oversee and manage all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.

Mentor and lead junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support the annual budgeting process

• Perform variance analysis to highlight key trends and insights

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Prepare financial reports

• Monitor and review business-related expenditures

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance

• Maintain proper transfer pricing documentation and compliance

Banking & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with banks, authorities, and stakeholders

Strategic & Operational Support

• Oversee and guide the accounting Team

• Responsible for any Ad hoc work/reporting by superior / Management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus).
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application
• Proficient understanding of accounting standards and familiarity with ERP systems
• High level of accuracy, strong organizational capabilities, and analytical thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with solid interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and experience with FTA filings.

Pay: AED 7,000.00 – AED 10,000.00 per month based on experience.
