Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Government vertical in the UAE that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of all sales activities
- Prowess in selling solutions and managed services
- Prepare action plans to generate sales leads and prospects effectively
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to work effectively on leads
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
- Update the CRM on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted to partners and clients
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Assist Pre-sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
- Participate in continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Professional Sales Hunter with strong abilities to penetrate new accounts
- Strong experience in selling Software Applications, Cloud and Managed Services in the UAE
- BA, MBA preferred or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in account sales management in the MENA region
- Established list of senior contacts in the UAE Government vertical
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales reporting systems and processes
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proven leadership and ability to generate sales and produce results
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Must be able to communicate technical details in a clear, understandable manner
- Whatever it takes attitude and motivation to do whatever necessary to assist in closing a deal
- Fluency in English & Arabic language
