Job Description

A Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, while overseeing the delivery of services to meet client expectations and objectives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. The Senior Account Manager proactively identifies opportunities for growth and expands service offerings to maximize client satisfaction and revenue potential. They work closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans, solve complex issues, and drive successful project outcomes. An effective Senior Account Manager possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance multiple client accounts with a focus on delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Strategize with clients to identify their needs and align services or products accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Analyze client account performance and generate reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve client objectives and business growth targets.
  • Lead negotiations with clients regarding contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Resolve any client issues or conflicts swiftly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure client strategies are aligned with market conditions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing value and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers within the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently, balancing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing commercial contracts successfully.
