Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the SAP SD module by analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP SD functionalities (order to cash process, pricing, billing, delivery, credit management, etc.).
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP SD.
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with technical teams to develop enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Assist in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity and process compliance within the SAP SD module.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD module.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes (order management, pricing, shipping, billing).
- Experience in SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, FI, PP) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution is an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP solution manager and support tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
