Conduct workshops with business users to understand CRM/CMM business processes and gather requirements.
Configure and customize SAP CRM/CMM modules, including partner functions, interaction centers, and Web UI.
Lead end-to-end implementation, data migration, and middleware setup for CRM solutions. Integrate CRM/CMM with SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI), SAP BW, and third-party systems. Prepare test scenarios, conduct UAT, and resolve functional issues.
Deliver user training and documentation for CRM/CMM operations.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
Strong understanding of lead-to-order, service request management, and campaign management processes.
Proficient in SAP CRM configuration, Web UI, and Middleware.
Knowledge of CMM integration with S/4HANA preferred.
SAP CRM certification is an advantage.
