Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new project sales opportunities in the sanitary ware and building materials sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Promote sanitary ware and related products to secure specifications in upcoming projects.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to project requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and project tracking through CRM/sales systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project sales within the sanitary ware/building materials industry.
  • Strong network of contacts with consultants, developers, contractors, and architects in the region.
  • In-depth knowledge of sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, tiles, and related building products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
