Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative specializing in skincare products, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative range of skincare solutions. As an integral part of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to blend your passion for skincare with your exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients in the skincare industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their skincare needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales campaigns.
- Attend trade exhibitions and events to represent the company and its products.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to satisfied customers.
- Educate clients on product usage and benefits to enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the skincare or beauty industry is essential.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
- Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products and industry trends is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
