Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FF&E and joinery sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, interior designers, contractors, and
clients.
Collaborate closely with estimation and design teams to prepare branded proposals and technical submissions.
Professionally present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales intelligence to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and market-leading brands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical scopes and align solutions with client requirements.
Established network within the UAE fit-out, interior design, and construction industry is highly preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
