Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, EPCs, and end-users.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Stay up-to-date with UAE market trends and leverage an existing customer base to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in the generator industry, similar equipment, or related projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of business strategies and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with UAE market trends and an existing strong customer network.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully dealing with contractors, consultants, end-users, and EPCs.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
