Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, EPCs, and end-users.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with UAE market trends and leverage an existing customer base to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in the generator industry, similar equipment, or related projects in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and a solid understanding of business strategies and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with UAE market trends and an existing strong customer network.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully dealing with contractors, consultants, end-users, and EPCs.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
