About the role GLAIS is a certified German language academy based in Germany. We run live online A1–C1 classes with native teachers in Germany and structured exam prep for Goethe/TELC. Our buyers are students and professionals who must reach B1/B2 for university, work, or visa. Most learners continue for two more courses, so one client often becomes three paid enrollments. Your job: find prospects, advise them, and get them to book on our website using your personal coupon code. Why our courses sell • Clear need, not a nice-to-have: required levels for study/work visas in Germany. • Live small-group classes, free trial class, flexible schedules. • Native teachers and fast tracks to B1/B2 with proven outcomes. • Simple checkout with your coupon (discount + tracking). • High continuation: most students re-enroll for additional courses. What you will do every day • Own lead generation 100%: Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram groups, student communities, agencies/schools, cold DMs/calls, personal network. We do not provide leads or ad budget. • Qualify prospects (goal, level, timing, budget). • Advise and close: explain levels, pricing, schedules, and the exact booking steps; ensure they book with your coupon. • Follow up to move prospects from free trial to paid enrollment. • Hand off tricky cases to our team for consulting. • Target: 10 new students per month. • No admin work: no CRM, no weekly reports. What we provide • Marketing materials, one-pagers, flyers, visuals. • Sales scripts & email templates. • Playbooks with best markets, posting examples, and message flows. • Fast support on complex cases and product questions. • Your personal coupon code and a simple monthly payout report. Compensation (commission-only)$150 per new student who books and pays. • +$50 per additional course the same student books. • $450–$750 per Studienkolleg package (depending on option). • Payout: 30 days after payment (refund protection). • No upfront payments or tool budgets. Independent, results-based work. • (Admin note: We issue the monthly statement and release payouts; you don’t need to invoice us.)

Desired Candidate Profile

Ownership of lead-gen: You will source and qualify your own leads end-to-end. We do not provide leads or ad budgets. • Sales target: Consistently aim for 10 new students per month; steady daily outreach. • Experience: 1+ year in B2C sales/admissions or education sales (language schools, study abroad, coaching) or a proven B2C closer. • Sales skills: Confident with cold outreach, DMs, group posting, and basic calling; strong objection handling, closing, and follow-up. • Consultative approach: Patient, clear adviser who can explain levels (A1–C1), pricing, schedules, and the booking flow. • Product mastery: Learns our programs quickly (Goethe/TELC goals, timetables), understands the website checkout, and can guide prospects through it. • Languages: Fluent English; Arabic / Urdu / Hindi / Turkish is a strong plus. • Independence: Self-starter who plans daily activity, works with minimal supervision, and owns pipeline metrics. • Professional presentation: Well-groomed, business-casual on video calls; clear audio, good lighting, neutral background; professional tone at all times. • Tools & setup: Reliable internet, laptop with mic/headset, smartphone with WhatsApp. • Availability: Can message/call across GCC/MENA and EU windows, including some evenings/weekends when target markets are active. • Responsiveness: Replies to inbound messages typically within 24 hours. • Compliance & conduct: Strictly follows GLAIS rules and brand guidelines; no spam, no false promises, no visa guarantees; respects community/group rules; uses approved scripts/visuals only; every sale must use the personal coupon for tracking; handles student data responsibly. • Payment ops: We issue the monthly statement and release payouts (you do not need to invoice us). • Growth path (top performers): May be offered a full-time Supervisor role to lead and coach the freelancer sales team (onboarding, playbooks, call QA, target management).
