Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Sales, Marketing & Commercial Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving Suha Hospitality’s growth through detailed analysis, creative marketing coordination, and precise commercial reporting.

This position bridges data analytics, revenue optimization, and marketing execution, ensuring that all sales and marketing decisions are supported by clear insights and measurable ROI.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Analytics

  1. Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with daily/weekly revenue and pickup reports across all Suha properties (JBR, Mina Rashid, Creek, Park, etc.).
  2. Conduct rate, occupancy, and competitor analysis, identifying trends and revenue opportunities.
  3. Track key KPIs – occupancy %, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and channel contribution.
  4. Manage and analyze corporate, OTA, and B2B production data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  5. Prepare monthly commercial dashboards and business review presentations for management and the board.

Marketing Coordination

  1. Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities across all Suha properties.
  2. Support campaign tracking, content calendar management, and social media analytics (engagement, leads, conversions).
  3. Liaise with graphic designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  4. Monitor online reputation Tripadvisor, Social Media, OTA , Google reviews) and assist in compiling guest feedback insights.

Revenue & Forecasting Support

  1. Assist in preparing weekly revenue forecasts and budgets in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
  2. Evaluate performance of promotions, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
  3. Maintain an organized database of rate codes, offers, and contracts.
  4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Support
  5. Provide accurate and timely data for management reports, audits, and DTCM submissions.
  6. Coordinate with finance for sales invoices and revenue tracking.
  7. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of contracts and partnership agreements.
  8. Responding to basic queries with quotations

� Required Skills & Competencies

  1. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and ideally Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  2. Strong analytical and numerical ability — enjoys “number crunching” and translating data into business insights.
  3. Knowledge of hospitality sales systems (Opera, Protel, Cloud PMS) preferred.
  4. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  5. Strong communication skills — can summarize data effectively for senior management.
  6. Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales, revenue analysis, or commercial coordination.
  3. Experience in Dubai hospitality or serviced-apartment sector preferred.
