Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales team performance by setting ambitious targets and providing consistent coaching, ensuring your team consistently exceeds expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives, fostering a high-performing team culture through continuous development programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize sales processes.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, providing updates on performance, sharing best practices, and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- Forecast sales accurately and manage sales budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability within the sales department.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and product launches.
- Implement and enforce sales processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, showcasing a track record of success.
- Possession of relevant certifications in sales management, leadership, or specific sales methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving them to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales success.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Real Estate Developer industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of its market dynamics.
