Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the real estate market to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales agents, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to position the company effectively against competitors and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to enhance business development efforts.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge of market developments.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience and high satisfaction rates.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity in all transactions.
