Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.

Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and report directly to senior management.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Oversee sales activities to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.

Ensure the sales team delivers a personalized, high-quality experience to all prospects and members.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and memberships in the CRM system.

Promote the clubs brand values, culture, and service standards in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
35 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Ability to conduct effective team training and coaching sessions.
Strong passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym operations and programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a marketing-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
