Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and report directly to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Oversee sales activities to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Ensure the sales team delivers a personalized, high-quality experience to all prospects and members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and memberships in the CRM system.
- Promote the clubs brand values, culture, and service standards in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 35 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Ability to conduct effective team training and coaching sessions.
- Strong passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of gym operations and programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a marketing-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
