Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore, India / Dubai, UAE

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our global sales function. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across international markets, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring long-term client success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Managers.
  • Define sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Oversee sales operations for international markets (UK, US, Middle East, EU).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Xcademias market share.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, proposals, and client strategies.
  • Represent Xcademia in client presentations, negotiations, and global discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in international sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in EdTech, IT training, or global service-based industries preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and pipeline management.
