As they continue to expand, they are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth and build long-term partnerships with dealerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development & B2B Sales
- Proactively identify and reach out to car dealerships across the UAE.
- Engage directly with dealership owners, general managers, and other decision-makers.
- Present the company's SaaS solutions through tailored demos and proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Client Onboarding & Support
- Lead the onboarding process and ensure smooth implementation of the platform.
- Train dealership staff on system features and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact during early adoption stages.
- Relationship Management & CRM
- Maintain and update client records, sales pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
- Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to inform future development.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships focused on upselling and retention.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of active B2B sales experience, ideally in software or automotive sectors.
- Direct experience working with car dealerships in the UAE is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- High degree of self-organization, field sales readiness, and goal orientation.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix, HubSpot, Salesforce).
