Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of 10–12 agents

Identify new project launches and build strategies to participate actively

Guide and train team members on projects and handle queries

Assist the team in closing deals and attend meetings when required

Track all company-provided leads and prepare weekly reports

Develop a sustainable business model with consistent monthly growth


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6+ years of experience in UAE real estate.

Minimum 3 years of proven team management experience.

Strong track record in property sales & client management
