Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents.
Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
Recruit, Train, and Supervise Sales Team
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial properties.
Coordinate and execute sales campaigns to generate leads and close deals.
Handle negotiations and resolve client issues professionally and promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
