Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate sales agents.

  • Set individual and team sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Recruit, Train, and Supervise Sales Team

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial properties.

  • Coordinate and execute sales campaigns to generate leads and close deals.

  • Handle negotiations and resolve client issues professionally and promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional revenue growth capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
