About Our Client:

Our client is a leading courier and logistics company with a strong footprint in domestic and international shipping solutions. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, develop high-value client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  
• Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring KPI achievement and skills development.
  
• Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure service excellence.
  
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of sales experience in courier, logistics, or related industries, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.
  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Solid understanding of courier, freight forwarding, and e-commerce delivery solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
